I'm a customer-focused IT professional with hands-on experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, administering Microsoft 365, and managing endpoints in corporate, higher-education, and nonprofit environments.
Currently at NTH Consultants, I administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune, package and deploy software, support onboarding and offboarding, and use PowerShell to build repeatable administrative workflows.
